We’re excited to announce that with great Siyata Dishmaya we were able to secure all necessary permits and approvals from the US and Israeli governments to add additional charter flights on our Eretz Yisroel / New York route. We’re BH ready to move forward. 
 
Please note this will be an all-economy flight. Due to limited aircraft availability, we have secured a safe and reliable plane, but there were no options available with updated interiors. Our primary focus has been to ensure the flight takes place to meet the urgent need for direct travel to and from Eretz Yisroel.

Terms and Conditions

In order to provide you with an enjoyable, hassle-free, experience, Lalechet must make many arrangements, which may include flights (“Air Transit”), and lodgings, ground transit, meals, tour guides as well as various other provisions (collectively “Ground Transit”). To ensure a smooth experience, these arrangements must be made by Lalechet well in advance. Accordingly, unless otherwise stated in writing, the following refund policies shall apply.

  • (i) Any trip booked more than thirty (30) days in advance may be cancelled in writing within twenty-four (24) hours for a full refund. Any cancellation must identify the Customer’s name and the exact booking number; omission of the Customer’s name or the precise booking number shall render the cancellation void, and such cancellation shall not be entitled to a refund.

  • (ii) Any trip not cancelled in writing within said twenty-four-hour period, and any trip booked less than thirty days in advance of the tour shall be non-refundable. This includes charges for the Air Transit and Ground Transit (which may be made by an affiliated company or processing agent), fees assessed by our agency, or by other 3rd parties.

  • (iii) In the event that Customer misses the flight for any reason whatsoever (even if through no fault of Customer), Lalechet shall endeavor to rebook Customer on another flight. Customer shall be responsible for any additional costs associated with the replacement flight. Even if Lalechet and Customer are unsuccessful in booking another flight, and even if Customer is unable to join the tour as a result, the cost of the tour shall be non-refundable.

  • (iv) In the event that a flight is cancelled by the airline for any reason whatsoever, Lalechet shall endeavor to rebook Customer on another flight. Customer shall be responsible for any additional costs associated with the replacement flight. If Lalechet is unsuccessful in booking another flight, Customer shall only be entitled to a refund for the amount of the cost of the cancelled flight. Customer shall not receive a refund for any other aspect of the tour, including without limitation, Ground Transit, even if Customer is unable to join the tour as a result of such cancellation.

  • (v) Lalechet shall not be responsible for any (a) flight delays, (b) luggage that is lost or misplaced by any airline, and/or hotel personnel (c) for any special ordered meals or in-flight services that were not provided, or (d) for any other act or omission by any airline. Any such matters must be addressed by Customer filing a complaint directly with the responsible airline.

Lalechet strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to help safeguard from certain potential losses that may arise as a result of such possibilities. Such insurance is not included in the cost of the tour but can be obtained from Lalechet or from a third-party provider.

This transaction may be made by one charge and/or split into multiple charges.
LALECHET TOURS CORP 
OPERATOR-PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT 

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which we, LALECHET TOURS CORP (“Lalechet” or “We”), a corporation having its principal place of business at  1413 38th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11218, in return for payment of the amount indicated as the total charter  price, agree to provide you (“Participant”) this Charter Flight.  

RESPONSIBILITY:
We, as the principal, are responsible to you for arranging and providing all of the  services and accommodations offered in connection with these charter flights, provided, however, that in the  absence of negligence on our part, we are not responsible for personal injury or property damage caused by  the air carrier, hotel, or other suppliers of any of the services being offered in connection with the charter.  

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT:
Upon booking complete payment is due. If the charter is fully booked  when your reservation is received, your payment will be returned within 7 days, or with your authorization,  we can retain the deposit and place your name on a waiting list in case other passengers cancel their  reservations. Even if you authorize us to put your name on a waiting list, we will notify you within 7 days that  your selected flight is fully booked. 

CHARTER PRICE:
The round trip charter price includes a charter flight from New York, NY (JFK) to  Lod, Israel (TLV) on October 1, 2024 and returning on October 6, 2024. It also includes all applicable  taxes. 

Any tips or gratuities not specifically mentioned as included in the total charter price will be at your discretion.  Except for “major changes,” as described below, no refund will be made for any accommodations or services  included in the charter price which you voluntarily do not use.  

INSURANCE
: Trip cancellation, health, and accident insurance are available. We strongly recommend it.  This important, low-cost protection can save you money if you are forced to cancel or alter your trip. 

BAGGAGE:
Participants are limited to 50 pounds of checked baggage, plus a few smaller carry-on items like  a backpack and/or camera. For international flights, the air carrier’s liability is limited to the actual value of  the baggage but not more than 1,288 Special Drawing Rights, approximately $1,777 per passenger, or amounts  prescribed by applicable law, whichever is less, unless a higher value is declared at the time of check in and  an appropriate excess valuation charge is paid. Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole  responsibility of the Participant. 

AIRCRAFT:
This flight will be performed by Eastern Airlines, LLC using a B777-2 aircraft (379 seats).  The air carrier reserves the right to substitute equivalent aircraft, if necessary. 

SECURITY AGREEMENT:
Your payments are protected in part by a Surety Bond that we have obtained  from Developer Surety and Indemnity Company, 800 Superior Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114. Unless you file a  claim with us, or, if we are not available, with the securer within 60 days after the completion of the charter,  the securer will be released from all liability to you under the security agreement. 

CANCELLATION, CHANGES OF DATES AND REFUNDS:  
Tickets issued by Lalechet and operated by Eastern Airlines, LLC are non-refundable and any changes to the  reservation will incur an administrative fee of $400.00 per person plus any applicable increase in fare.  

IF WE MAKE MAJOR CHANGES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE: YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO  CANCEL AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
The following are major changes: (1) a change in the  departure or return date, unless the change results from a flight delay experienced by the air carrier. (If,  however, the delay is longer than 48 hours, it will be considered a major change.) (2) a change in the origin or 
destination city, unless the change affects only the order in which cities named in a tour package are visited;  (3) a substitute of any hotel not listed in this contract; and (4) a price increase of more than 10 percent occurring  10 or more days before departure. In no event can we increase your price less than 10 days before departure.  If a major change must be made in the program, we will notify you within 7 days after first learning of the  change, but in any event at least 10 days prior to the scheduled departure. If, less than 10 days before scheduled  departure, we become aware that a major change must be made, we will notify you as soon as possible.  WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING NOTIFICATION OF A MAJOR CHANGE, BUT IN NO  EVENT LATER THAN DEPARTURE, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND YOU  WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER CANCELING. 

If a major change occurs after the departure of the flight, which you are unwilling to accept, we will refund,  within 14 days after your scheduled return date, that portion of your payment, which applies to the services,  not accepted. IF WE MUST CANCEL THE CHARTER: WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IN WRITING  WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE CANCELLATION, BUT IN NO EVENT LATER THAN 10 DAYS  BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE DATE. 

We have no right to cancel the charter less than 10 days before departure, except for circumstances that make  it physically impossible to perform the charter trip. If that occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible, but  not later than the scheduled departure date. If the charter is canceled, we will make a full refund to you within  14 days after cancellation. The rights and remedies made available under this contract are in addition to any  other rights or remedies available under applicable law. However, we offer refunds under this contract with  the express understanding that the receipt of that refund by a passenger waives the additional remedies.  

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS:
The operation of these flights is subject to the foreign governments involved  granting landing rights for the flight. If the air carrier cannot obtain these rights, the flight will be canceled,  and a full refund will be made to you automatically.
